Contact BonusKing
Contact BonusKing by emailing hello@bonusking.casino. We welcome corrections, questions about our guides and feedback on the site. We can’t help with casino accounts, but this page explains who can.
How to contact BonusKing
Email the BonusKing editorial team at hello@bonusking.casino. We read every email we receive. It helps if you tell us which page you are writing about and, for a correction, what you believe the right figure or rule is and where it comes from.
What we can help with
- Corrections: if a figure, rule or casino fact on our site looks wrong, tell us. We correct errors when told about them, and corrected pages show a new last-checked date.
- Questions about our content: how we worked something out, or where a fact came from.
- Privacy requests: to use your rights under UK GDPR, as set out in our privacy policy.
- General feedback about the site.
Our editorial policy explains how we check what we publish.
Casino account problems and complaints
BonusKing is an information site, not a casino, so we can’t see, change or resolve anything in a casino account. That includes deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification and account closures. If you have a problem with a casino:
- Contact the casino’s customer support and use its formal complaints process.
- If the casino hasn’t resolved your complaint within eight weeks, or you disagree with its final decision, take it to the casino’s alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service, which is free and independent.
- Check the Gambling Commission’s guide on how to complain about a gambling business (opens in a new tab) for what each step involves.
Our guide to casino complaints and ADR explains the process, and our answer to why a casino withdrawal may be pending covers a common cause of complaints.
If you need help with gambling
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, please don’t email us: contact a service that can help straight away. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133, run by GamCare (opens in a new tab), and it costs nothing to call, any time of day or night. You can block yourself from UK-licensed gambling sites through GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab), and NHS gambling support offers treatment. Our support services guide lists more options.
Partnership and advertising enquiries
Our commercial relationships are set out in our advertiser disclosure. Any business enquiry can go to the same address, hello@bonusking.casino. We only work with UK-licensed operators.
