Google Pay casinos
Google Pay casinos let you pay from an Android phone with a card saved in Google Wallet. Among our partners, Coral and Ladbrokes publish Google Pay with a £5 minimum deposit and a £5 minimum withdrawal, paid back to the card behind your wallet. Casumo, PlayOJO and 10bet don't list it. Here is how it works, what £5 really buys and how offers fit.
Key takeaways
- Coral and Ladbrokes publish Google Pay for deposits and withdrawals, both from £5.
- Google Pay withdrawals at those two casinos are paid to the card behind your wallet.
- Casumo, PlayOJO and 10bet don't publish Google Pay, so check their cashiers.
- A £5 deposit doesn't reach the £10 slot spend that the Coral and Ladbrokes spin offers need.
- Google Pay uses a virtual card number, so the casino doesn't get your real one.

Google Pay casinos: the short answer for UK players
A Google Pay casino is a UK-licensed site whose cashier offers Google Pay, so you can pay with a card saved in Google Wallet instead of typing in its details. Of our five partners, only Coral and Ladbrokes publish Google Pay, and both are run by LC International Limited. Their help centres set the same rules: deposits and withdrawals from £5, with payouts going to the card linked to your wallet.
That makes Google Pay a convenient front end for a debit card rather than a separate wallet with its own balance. For the iPhone equivalent, see our page on Apple Pay casinos; every method we cover is on the casino payments hub.
How Google Pay works when you pay a casino
When you add a card, Google creates a randomly generated virtual card number to stand in for your real one, and that is what merchants receive when you pay in shops. Google's help article on keeping your payment info safe (opens in a new tab) also says Google Pay doesn't store your card details on your device, and that you need a screen lock set up to pay in shops, so a locked phone can't make purchases.
Online, the cashier hands the payment to Google Pay, you pick the card and confirm, and the casino charges that card. The card choice matters: a credit card will fail at a UK casino, as we explain below. Google's help pages don't mention gambling or fees, so the casino's own terms are the ones that count.
Google Pay casinos among our UK partners
Here is what each partner publishes. A "not published" entry means the casino's own pages don't list Google Pay; it may still appear in a cashier, so look there before assuming either way.
| Casino | Google Pay deposits | Minimum deposit | Google Pay withdrawals | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coral | Yes | £5 | Yes, paid to the linked card | £5 |
| Ladbrokes | Yes | £5 | Yes, paid to the linked card | £5 |
| Casumo | Not published | £10 for all listed methods | Not published | Not published |
| PlayOJO | Not named on help page | £10 for the welcome offer | Not named | Withdraw as little as you want |
| 10bet | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published |
The detail is on the Coral Google Pay FAQ (opens in a new tab) and the matching Ladbrokes Google Pay FAQ (opens in a new tab). Our Ladbrokes payments and Coral payments pages put Google Pay alongside the other methods each brand takes.
The £5 Google Pay minimum: what it buys at standard odds
A £5 minimum is one of the lowest published by our partners, which suits a small, planned budget. How long it lasts depends on stake size and the game's RTP. The table uses a slot with a 96% RTP as an example, which means an average loss of 4p for every £1 staked; check each game's help screen for its real figure.
| Stake per spin | Spins if nothing is won | Total staked | Average loss on that staking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10p | 50 | £5.00 | 20p |
| 20p | 25 | £5.00 | 20p |
| 50p | 10 | £5.00 | 20p |
| £1 | 5 | £5.00 | 20p |
Every row has the same average cost because the same £5 is staked once. In practice wins are usually re-staked, so total stakes, and the average loss, grow the longer you play. At 10p a spin you get ten times as many spins for the same expected cost as at £1, but no stake size changes the edge itself. Our casino games for small budgets guide and the answer to how long £20 lasts on a slot go further.
The Coral and Ladbrokes spin offers need £10 staked on slots. A £5 Google Pay deposit on its own won't get you there, so plan the amount before you deposit rather than topping up mid-session.
How to pay in with Google Pay at Coral or Ladbrokes
- Add a debit card to Google Wallet on your Android phone and set a screen lock.
- Register and complete age and identity verification before any deposit.
- Set the financial limit you are prompted for before the first deposit.
- Open the cashier, select Google Pay and enter at least £5, up to the £2,000 per-deposit cap.
- Choose your debit card on the Google Pay screen and confirm with your screen lock.
- Check the deposit has landed, and make a note of it in your own budget.
Google Pay casino withdrawals: paid back to your card
At Coral and Ladbrokes, a Google Pay withdrawal is paid to the card that sits behind your wallet, with a £5 minimum. The help centres give their usual timing: internal approval first, then instantly to five banking days depending on the method. Neither brand charges withdrawal fees.
| Step | What happens | Published figure |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Request | You ask to withdraw £40 to Google Pay | Minimum £5 |
| 2. Review | The casino's team approves the request | Internal processing first |
| 3. Payment | Money goes to the card linked to your wallet | Instantly to 5 banking days by method |
| 4. Fee | Nothing is deducted | No withdrawal fees |
Once you request a withdrawal, the casino can't offer to cancel it and put the money back into play; that has been banned since 31 October 2021. For more on what slows things down, read why a casino withdrawal is pending, and for a full comparison see casino withdrawal times.
Google Pay and partner casino Android apps
Google Pay is most useful in a casino's Android app. All five partners have apps on Google Play in the UK, each rated PEGI 18. Google Play listings no longer show a minimum Android version except on the device itself, so check compatibility when you install.
- Coral: Coral Casino: Slots & Games, developer LC International Limited.
- Ladbrokes: Ladbrokes Casino Slots & Games, listed under Ladbrokes Mobile Development.
- PlayOJO: PlayOJO: Online Casino Games, developer Skill On Net Ltd.
- Casumo: Casumo - Live Casino & Slots, developer Casumo Services Limited.
- 10bet: 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino, developer Blue Star Planet Ltd.
Having an app doesn't mean Google Pay is in its cashier, which is why only Coral and Ladbrokes appear in our Google Pay table. See casino apps for features and safety settings.
Google Pay, credit cards and the UK gambling rules
Google Wallet can hold credit cards, but you can't use one to gamble at a UK-licensed casino. The Commission's licence condition 6.1.2 has barred credit card payments since 14 April 2020, including those made through a money service business, and its guide to gambling using a credit card (opens in a new tab) explains the rule for players. Because Google Pay charges the card you choose, pick your debit card every time.
There are other checks in the background too. Since 28 February 2025, a casino must run a financial vulnerability check when your deposits minus withdrawals pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. That is a check of public records, not a credit score. Our page on financial risk checks has the detail.
Google Pay vs Apple Pay vs debit card at our partners
| Point | Google Pay | Apple Pay | Debit card |
|---|---|---|---|
| Partners publishing it | Coral, Ladbrokes | Coral, Ladbrokes, Casumo, PlayOJO | All five |
| Published minimum deposit | £5 (Coral, Ladbrokes) | Shown in cashier; £10 at Casumo | Shown in cashier; £10 at Casumo |
| Fastest published payout | Instantly to 5 banking days by method | Instantly after approval (Casumo) | Visa Fast Funds, typically up to 4 hours (Coral, Ladbrokes) |
| Real card number shared? | No, virtual number | No, Device Account Number | Yes |
If speed matters most, a Visa Debit card at Coral or Ladbrokes has the quickest published card payout; our Visa casinos page explains why. If you want the lowest published deposit, Google Pay's £5 is hard to beat among our partners.
Blocking Google Pay gambling payments and getting help
Most UK banks offer a gambling block on cards, and HSBC says its block also covers digital wallets. Ask your own bank whether wallet payments are included in its block. Monzo lets you choose a cooldown from 2 days to a year before its block can be lifted, and Starling builds in a 48-hour delay to make impulse gambling harder.
For a block at every licensed site, register with GAMSTOP, and consider blocking software on your phone. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare on 0808 8020 133, is open around the clock and costs nothing to call.
Google Pay casinos with partner offers: key terms
Coral and Ladbrokes are the two partners that publish Google Pay, and their offers are for slots. PlayOJO is shown for comparison but doesn't list Google Pay, so you would need another method there. None of these offers applies to table or live games; for those, check the casino's lobby and terms. Offers are for over-18s, and terms apply.
- Coral: 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027. Deposit and bet £10+ on slots for 100 free spins on selected games, 10p each; accept within 48 hours and use within 7 days; no wagering on winnings. Deposits by Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid card or certain debit cards won't count.
- Ladbrokes: deposit and spend £10+ on slots for 50 free spins a day for 10 days, a maximum of 500, at 10p each; claim by 23:59 daily; each set valid for 7 days; no wagering. It excludes deposits by prepaid card, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers.
- PlayOJO: first deposit of £10 or more for 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p, no wagering, winnings paid in cash. New UK customers, not Northern Ireland; designated link only; can't be combined.
With one operator behind both Coral and Ladbrokes, a person may not be able to take new-customer offers at both. Set your budget before you pay in, and treat it as money spent on entertainment.

Frequently asked questions
Which UK casinos accept Google Pay?
Among our partners, Coral and Ladbrokes publish Google Pay for deposits and withdrawals, both with a £5 minimum. Casumo, PlayOJO and 10bet don't list it on their own pages, though cashiers can change, so check before signing up. Plenty of other UK-licensed casinos offer it; whichever you choose, confirm the licence on the Gambling Commission register. Our guide on how to check a licence shows how.
What is the minimum Google Pay deposit at a casino?
At Coral and Ladbrokes it is £5, the figure their help centres give for Google Pay. Other casinos set their own minimums: Casumo, for example, uses £10 for all its listed methods. Bear in mind that the Coral and Ladbrokes spin offers need £10 staked on slots, so a £5 deposit alone won't qualify. Our minimum deposit casinos page compares published minimums.
Can I withdraw to Google Pay?
Yes, at Coral and Ladbrokes, with a £5 minimum. The money is paid to the card linked to your Google Wallet rather than held in Google Pay itself. Timing follows their general guide of internal approval, then instantly to five banking days depending on the method, and neither charges a withdrawal fee. Read how to withdraw from an online casino for the full process.
Can I use a credit card in Google Pay to gamble?
No. Gambling on credit cards has been banned at UK-licensed operators since 14 April 2020, and the rule covers payments made through intermediaries as well as direct card payments. Google Pay charges whichever card you select, so a credit card would be refused. Choose a debit card when you pay. Our credit card ban page explains the rule and the reasons behind it.
Is Google Pay safe for casino payments?
Yes, it adds useful protection. Google replaces your card number with a randomly generated virtual number, doesn't store your card details on the device, and needs a screen lock before you can pay in shops. Your protection as a player still depends on the casino holding a Gambling Commission licence. Our online casino security guide covers other steps you can take.
Does a Google Pay deposit count for welcome offers?
Google Pay isn't named in the exclusion lists for the Coral or Ladbrokes offers, which target e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, plus prepaid cards. Coral does exclude certain debit cards and other deposit types without naming them all, so read the full terms. Both offers also need £10 staked on slots. Our payment method exclusions page explains why casinos set these rules.
Why can't I find Google Pay at Casumo or PlayOJO?
Because neither publishes it. Casumo's FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking, and PlayOJO's help page names debit cards, Payz, Apple Pay and Trustly. Either could add Google Pay in future, so the cashier is the final word. If you use an Android phone, a debit card works at both. See PlayOJO payments for its full list.
How long do Google Pay casino withdrawals take?
Neither Coral nor Ladbrokes gives a Google Pay-specific time. Their help pages say withdrawals are approved internally first and then take from instantly to five banking days depending on the method. There is no legal maximum withdrawal time in the UK, though you can withdraw at any time without unreasonable delay. For the quickest published options, see fast withdrawal casinos.
